AOC Champagne, "Privilege des Moines" - J&M Gobillard
The nose is fine yet complex. Its mouth is finely wooded with a dominance of vanilla and smoke. A very ample wine, with a beautiful roundness, remarkably melted whose vinosity is perfect balanced by its final freshness. A table champagne to discover with fish or pan-fried foie gras. It will also work well with a chocolate or vanilla based dessert.
