The base wines come from a plot selection from our own vineyard during exceptional harvests. This wine ages at least eight years in the cellar before disgorging. The prolonged contact of the wine with the yeast allows it to develop tertiary aromas. This cuvée with preserved freshness reveals a captivating, full-bodied, rich and powerful wine where delicate aromas of exotic fruits are elegantly mixed with notes of brioche.
