Domaine de la Carolie is a wine estate belonging to the Gradels family, located in the town of Valady, in Aveyron. This estate has been passed down in the family since 1618 and is now in its tenth successive generation. Halfway between Conques and Rodez, the vineyard covers 200 hectares in the heart of the precious Vallon de Marcillac.
